Tim Elder is a Texas native and relocated to San Angelo, Tx in 1963 at the age of 10. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics.
As a successful entrepreneur who owned and operated a company which specialized in the construction of custom homes, Tim brings his extensive knowledge of residential construction to his real estate clients. Upon completion of his real estate education at Texas A & M University of Commerce, Tim began his career with Coldwell Banker Patterson Properties in 2005.
